Doors
BMCO produces custom entry and interior doors. Standard construction techniques include solid and stave-core applications in a variety of straight or arched designs for the discriminating homeowner. BMCO commonly produces interior and exterior doors of all widths, thickness (up to 3-1/2") and design. BMCO will manufacture any design across virtually all recommended materials. BMCO can provide custom design templates or create a new design based on our customer's ideas for an affordable price.
Windows
BMCO has extensive experience in producing the highest quality custom windows available today. Whether your requirement is for insulated or single pane, beveled or decorative, Low E, reflective, tinted, or tempered, we can supply any glass to meet your needs. By using only the highest grade materials, and through application of strict construction standards, any type of window (single or double hung with modern spring & pulley balance operation, casement and French doors, or any specialty shape, i.e. arched, circle or ellipse) can be provided to meet the most demanding architectural specification.
Casework and Cabinetry
BMCO has extensive experience in producing the highest quality custom cabinetry and casework available today. Whether your requirement is for unfinished or finished, we can supply any design to meet your needs. We use only the highest grade materials and use strict construction standards.
Mouldings
BMCO specializes in standard moldings as well as custom moulding profiles not available anywhere else including any type of radius molding. With four moulders, BMCO has the capability of producing moulding profiles up to 12" wide in any quantity, large or small. Our current library of knives includes over 5000 custom profiles, and can be expanded to include your design. We also stock knives for the fabrication of standard profiles for those projects requiring more common designs in exotic materials.
This flexibility allows us to deliver moulding in any species of wood, providing the homeowner or builder the ability to create a highly custom look.
Our design team can modify existing profiles in CAD, bypassing the need for sample runs, and we have the ability to construct exact matches to historical profiles run in years past by any builder.
